GAMAL NASSER - WAR ON THE SUEZ CANAL

In the wake of riot and revolution in 1952 (above) King Farouk was deposed by a military coup d'etat. The real power in government was Colonel Gamal Abd al-Nasser claimed the leadership of the Arab world and for a while a new Arab spirit seemed to evoke enthusiastic response. In 1958 the proclamation of the United Arab Republic (Egypt and Syria) was received with rapture (above right), but was never a political reality. Nasser, however, remained the focus of Arab ambitions (below left), holding together disparate parties by his charisma. The 'socialism' on which Egypt embarked under his aegis greatly increased the scope of government and its centralising tendencies. As such, it may be seen as the culmination of what Muhammad 'Ali had inaugurated. At his death in 1970, his grandiose plans seemed to lie in ruins; but his successor, Sadat, retrieved some of his losses. In October 1973 Egyptian troops crossed the Suez Canal (below right), regaining part of Sinai, in a war which could be claimed to have achieved a victory.

THE PROPHET'S RELICS - SAVED BY THE OTTOMANS

Saudi Arabia was part of the Ottoman Empire. Towards the end of WW1, the Ottomans realising that their empire was breaking up decided to save the Prophet's artefacts in Mecca to Istanbul.

Thanks to the Ottoman Turks, otherwise we may not be able to see material effects of the Prophet's heritage. The Wahabis of Saudi Arabia, based on their understanding such historical effects may lead to adoration and bida'ah. A number of historical sites of the Prophet and his relatives have thus been destroyed. The Sauds do not believe in living museums as reminders of the past and knowledge. Those who forget the past will repeat history.

Dulunya China hantar buah dada untuk landing di Melaka. Hang Li Po. Hari ini berduyun2 China dolls suap Tanah Melayu (TM) menjadikan Nazri gila2 mahu mereka datang tanpa visa. Senang sangat membangsatkan negara!

Antara dua kuasa besar Amerika dan China mana yang lebih baik memerintah TM? Kena fikir panjang tentang perkara ini. Pahlawan bugis hanya seorang, nak lawan apa?

1. Kedua2 boleh hentak Najib turun sekelip mata. Dia  persona non grata internasional.

2. Mereka boleh jadikan TM bersih dan teratur. Cuba melawat  tempat2 mereka kalau tidak percaya.

3. Mereka boleh tadbir kerajaan dengan cekap tanpa banyak cakap, makan atau bodek tidak seperti yang Melayu suka buat.

4. Teknologi Amerika lebih jauh maju dari China dalam berbagai aspek.

5. Amerika sudah control ruang angkasa, Antartika,  tujuh lautan.

5. Senjata perang dan nuklear mereka canggih untuk menjaga TM. China lebih ramai askar dari US.

6.  Amerika proxy yahudi, China bersendirian.

7. Penduduk China berbilion lebih ramai dpd Amerika. Market lebih besar kalau berniaga dengan China.
8. China kerjasama dengan silk road baru, US bolot, kalau tolong ada American interest. 

9. Penduduk Islam China lebih ramai dari Amerika  dan sejarah Islam di China lebih lama.

10. China dekat, Amerika jauh.

11. US orang putih, China mongoloid serupa kita.
12. Amerika mengaku 'democracy', China komunis.

13. US jahanamkan Iraq, Libya, Afghanistan dll. China ambil Tibet dan Lautan China Selatan.

14. Amerika bunuh Red Indian dan negro, China  bunuh Uighur.

Kesimpulan: It's between the devil and the deep blue sea!

FBI - WE'LL TRACK YOU DOWN NAJIB

Alas, we don't have updates on the latest techniques and technology the FBI are using. They are well-guarded secrets to the Agency, of course. Even Obama don't know. Well, he don't need to know. All he wants is the end result of FBI's investigation on his former golf buddy, guilty or innocent.

Najib's cronies are exhilarated that he is not being arrested while in the US. What they don't understand is that the investigators need time to gather sure-proof evidences before handcuffing Najib. Even here to bring justice to a small criminal case takes time what more one involving a foreign head of state.
