My salute to Bapa Kemerdekaan, a remarkable man, down to earth, his many strengths overweighed his weaknesses. He who has done much to the harmony and development of the nation.

  1. Baiti,
Salam. Heard about Atlantis but not Lemuria. Video sounds like being brought into alien territory by a messiah. Hard to believe that humanoids dwelling under the deep sea unless they develop mermaid/fish like transformation.

Modern day living under water could be something like in the tunnel linking GB and France. It is equipped with ventilators and other facilities.

By the way, where could I buy the books you mentioned - Malacca: A Romance and Gedung Kuning? Don't think I've seen them in Ipoh. Thanks.

  2. Salam SAVE,
Stephen Oppenheimer, a geneticist at Oxford U, had written about 'Eden in the East: Drowned Continent of SEA' in 1998.
However, his theories about transmigration have not been well publicised, partly because of his theory about the origins of the Anglos from Africa.
And now, there have been discoveries by a Japanese diver of giant pyramids and human statues like those on Easter Island off the coast of Yonaguni, the southernmost island in the Japanese archipelago. (You can view them on you tube).
As for underwater settlements or 'bubble cities', if the story of Raja Suran, his glass submarine and his marriage to the princess 'under-the-sea' was true, then it's plausible that they had the technology to inhabit the ocean floor. Wallahu'alam.
I suggest you contact the authors - Kamsiah M Bostock and Hidayah Amin - on their FB accounts. Btw, would you be interested in purchasing Kilat Senja by Hadijah Rahmat for $85? I'll be meeting the author this week end, insyaAllah.

  4. Hmmm ... I'll check the settings and will try to rectify the problem.
Kilat Senja is a lengthy account of all the Malay kampungs in Singapore, from their beginnings to their demise. It took Hadijah 26 years to compile the data and finally publish it (in China, to save costs). If you're keen, she's looking for someone to translate it to English so she could market it through Amazon.com.

  5. I would like to get a copy of the book. Refer to Apr 4th posting 'Tilapia and Jatropha' to e-mail or sms me. Thanks.

You would be in a better position to translate because of the setting you had been through.
