OF SUBMARINE, SEX AND MURDER

However, the potential reopening of an investigation into the murder 12 years ago of the Mongolian model could put Najib into even greater trouble.

The affair centred on allegations that Malaysian officials took huge kickbacks in the 2002 purchase of Scorpene submarines from France when Najib was defence minister.

French submarine maker DCNS is alleged to have paid more than €114m ($134m) in kickbacks to a shell company linked to Abdul Razak Baginda, a close Najib associate who brokered the $1.1bn submarine deal.

Altantuya was Abdul Razak’s mistress and was said to have demanded a cut for translating during negotiations. She was shot dead and her body blown up with military-grade plastic explosives near Kuala Lumpur in 2006.

Two policemen from Najib’s security detail were convicted, and have death sentences hanging over them, but the question of who ordered them to kill the 28-year-old Altantuya has never been answered.

The case sank off the radar after a Malaysian court in 2008 cleared Abdul Razak of abetting the murder, sparking allegations of a huge cover-up.

One of the convicted policemen, Sirul Azhar Umar – who fled to Australia in 2015 and is in an Australian immigration detention centre – told a Malaysian news website on Saturday he was ready to reveal who ordered the murder so long as he walked free.

“I am willing to assist the new government to tell what actually transpired, provided that the government grants me [a] full pardon,” Sirul told Malaysiakini.

Sirul has maintained that he and his accomplice were scapegoats for “important people”, but with family still in Malaysia, he has so far held back revealing what happened.

The Mongolian president, Battulga Khaltmaa, called for justice in a congratulatory message to the 92-year-old Mahathir.

“As president of Mongolia, I pay special attention to the aggravated crime, that on October 18, 2006, a citizen of Mongolia and mother of two children, Shaariibuu Altantuya, was murdered in Malaysia,” he said in the letter to Mahathir.

Mahathir, asked on Monday whether he would consider commuting Sirul’s death sentence, said: “We cannot do everything at the same time at one go.”

Anwar Ibrahim, the opposition leader who allied with Mahathir to topple Najib, said judges’ reluctance to call key witnesses in the murder case had “made a mockery of the law”.

“The best way is to proffer a new charge and allow for a full hearing of the case,” Anwar told the Australian newspaper following his own release from prison earlier this week after a royal pardon quashed a politically motivated sodomy conviction.

Anwar told AFP on Thursday that Sirul and his accomplice Azilah Hadri should be granted fresh trials.

THE DEFICIT SUCKERS - TOURISM MALAYSIA KAPARATS

(adapted after weechookeong.com)

“Masa Sekarang Menunggu Mu” – Part – 2

Tourism Malaysia (TM) under the Ministry of Tourism and Culture has been operating on deficit until this day. Why is the Auditor-General not any taking actions? May be certain high ranking officers are experts in creative accountings.   At the material time its deficit was more than RM250 millions!
Can you imagine a government agency is allowed to operate under with deficit of RM250 million? May be it was encouraged for very “special reason” best known to them and the power that be. The high ranking officers or the little napoleons in TM have been treating TM as their fiefdom.
For now let’s discuss about the little napoleons flagrant breach of “Badan-Badan Berkanun (Tatertib & Surcaj)“, which governs them, and as for the other scandalous transactions, irregular overseas postings and the MACC probe for corruption on a  “Datuk Seri” in the next posting.

These little napoleons are well versed with the Badan-Badan Berkanun (Tatatertib Surcaj) that governs their behaviours, activities and responsibilities. Yet  they saw it fit to flagrantly breach it by going all out to campaign against Pakatan Harapan (PH) for Barisan National (BN) during 14th General Elections (GE). Most of these little napoleons were wearing BN T-shirt with the logo.
Many of these little napoleons were proudly exhibiting their photos below in their social media to impress their then political masters and their juniors.  Of course, when the GE results sunk into their skulls, these little napoleons immediately deleted all their photos below in the hope that PH Government will not know or even if they were to know there will be no evidence for actions to be taken.
Their pictures are too many to post here. Yours truly chose only those pictures showing their handsome faces wearing the BN T-shirts. The pictures below are reproduced by the courtesy of the little napoleons.
Rumour has it that a few of these little napoleons are squirming their way around to meet the PH leaders especially on the PKR side. Instead of doing their work diligently for the Rakyat, they are more interested in sucking up to the new political masters.  Please try harder.

TM Little Napoleons Were Seen Actively Campaigning For The Then Minister In 14th GE

3rd left: Datuk SERI Khani Daud, Timbalan Ketua Pengarah TM so proudly exhibiting his BN best.

Left: Datuk Rashidi Hasbullah, Secretary General of Kementerian Pelancongan & Kebudayaan and his then boss, Datuk Seri Nazri Aziz.

1st left: Datuk SERI Khani Daud, 2nd left Datuk Rashidi Hasbullah, Secretary General of  Kementerian Pelancongan & Kebudayaan. Both wore BN T-shirts as shown in. the picture.

2nd left:  Datuk Seri Mirza Mohamad Taiyab, the Director General of TM was campaigning For the deposed MB of Terengganu. Datuk Mirza is very energetic he not only went to Terengganu but with ex MB Perak & Ex Minister Datuk Nazri Aziz.

1st left: Yg Bhd Datuk Mirza Mohammad  Taiyab were campaigning for Datuk Zahid Hamidi, the then Minister of Home Affairs &  Datuk Nazri Aziz during the 14 GE.

1st left in black T shirt: Yg Bhg Datuk Mirza Mohammad Taiyab, the Director General of TM was campaigning for the deposed MB of Perak in 14 GE.

1st left: Datuk Dr Ammar Ghafar, Pengarah Kanan Bhg Domestik; Acara (Jusa C), 3rd left: Datuk Nazri Aziz ; 4th left: Tuan Zulkafli Yahya, Pengarah Kanan AERO (USA C). On Nomination Day.
It is crystal clear that these high ranking officers in the pictures above have flagrantly violated the regulations, Badan-Badan Berkanun (Tataterib-Surcaj). They are listed below:
  1.  Yg Bhg Datuk Rashidi bin Hasbullah, the Secretary General of Ministry of Tourism; Culture (Very “obedient” officer);

  2. Yg Bhg Datuk Seri Mirza bin Mohammad Taiyab , the Director General of TM. (He was charged for corruption and suspended from duties for a few years, was subsequently acquitted by the High Court but there was no appeal by AG Chambers, which is an extremely unusual practice. It is the policy of AG Chambers that it will appeal against all acquittals. He is retiring in December 2018.);

  3. Yg Bhg Datuk Seri Khani Daud, the Deputy DG of TM (a super powerful Datuk Seri; Deputy DG);

  4. Yg Bhg Datuk Razip bin Hassan, the Deputy Director General TM;

  5. Yg Bhg Datuk Dr Ammar Ghafar, Pengarah Kanan Bahagian Domestik; Acara (Jusa C);

  6. Tuan Zulkafli Yahya, Pengarah Kanan AERO  (Jusa C); and

  7. Puan Azizah Aziz (Jusa C) (She and Yg Bhg Datuk Ammar Ghafar were campaigning in Muar for BN’s Datuk Razali Ibrahim). She has been found guilty for misconduct involving financial matters in New York. She was punished for it. Yet she was promoted to Grade 54 against the others with no disciplinary record. Again recently promoted to Jusa C!  May be it was because TM has no other officers with clean record that was qualified for the Jusa C beside her.).

The above high ranking officers knowingly violated Section 20 (1) of the said Regulations.  They must be brought to book for glaringly violating the said regulations and be given severe punishment They must be made as an example for all statutory bodies.

These kaparats must quit and join UMNO.

LEECHES - GLC CEOs TO QUIT AND JOIN UMNO

(adapted after Woo Chee Keong)

“Masa Sekarang Menunggu Mu” – Part 1

The self proclaimed re-branding guru, Yg Bhg Datuk Shazalli Ramly was briefing important people in Telekom Hq. He should be gainfully employed in an advertising company like MC Saatchi Sdn Bhd and not Telekom Malaysia.
According to reliable sources, Yg Bhg Datuk Shazalli Ramly (Shazalli), who is the incumbent CEO of Telekom Malaysia Bhd (TM). had been extremely busy for the past few months.  Instead of running TM, which pays him a monthly salary of about RM300,000.00 exclusive of perks, allowances and other director fees, he was busy aspiring to be a “political campaign manager” at the same time.
He managed to sell his brilliant idea of using the slogan of “HEBATKAN NEGARAKU” as the main theme for the BN Campaign to the power that be.   It is believed that a lot of money had been used to prepare for the “shiok sendiri” “Hebatkan Negaraku Concert”HERE, which were performed by the highly talented top Asian musicians, who not by chance are also the CEOs of GLC namely,

Right:  YM Tengku Zafrul bin Tengku Aziz of CIMB, the highly talented lead singer of the band.
  1.  YM Tengku Zafrul Tengku Aziz of CIMB (The highly talented lead singer of the band. He put Rod Stewart to shame.)
2.  Datuk Wan Zulkiflee Wan Ariffin of Petronas,
3.  Tuan Mohamad Idham Nawawi of Axiata Group,

Second from left: YM Tengku Zarul bin Tengku Aziz.  Third from left: Yg Bhd Tan Sri Salim Fateh of MRCB Bhb
4.  Tan Sri Salim Fateh of MRCB Bhd,  (He is one of the back-up singer and also very talented.)
5.  Tan Sri Zamzamrani Mohd Isa of UEM Sunrise Bhd,
6.  Datuk Seri Amin Awaluddin Sime Darby Property Bhd,
7.  Datuk Khairusaleh Ramli of RHB Banking Group,
8.  Tuan Khairul Kamarudin of Bank Islam Malaysia Bhd,
9.  Datuk Mohd Badlisham of Malaysia Airport Holding Bhd,
10.  Datuk Seri Johan Abdullah of Tabung Haji,
11.  Tuan Kamarul Ariffin Mohd Jamil of Affin Bank Bhd,
12.  Datuk Farshila Emran of Pharmaniaga Bhd,
13.  Datuk Izzaddin Idris of UEM Group Bhd,  and
14.  Captain Izham Ismail of MAS.
Where are these CEOs now?  When will they launch the chart breaking song “MASA DEPAN MENUNGU MU “MASA SEKARANG MENUNGGU MU”?
Shazalli was one of the key instrumental persons in the preparations of  “Hebatkan Negaraku Concert”, the BN Manifesto and campaign materials like the billboards along the highway, media buy, daily advertisement in all the media and etc depicting then PM Datuk Seri Najib Razak as the star and his “great achievements”.  Market sources have it that a company or a few companies were awarded with the above special project estimated to be around RM30 – RM40 millions. The new PH government should investigate into the cost of the said campaign.

The “Hebatku” Shazalli

We have to give it to Shazalli for he has got the gift of the gap and the ability to talk his way out of situations. I believe he will now be thinking of how to squirm his way to kowtow to the new Pakatan Harapan (PH)  government especially the new Minister in charge of telecommunication just to secure his cosy job. Let’s see whether he could succeed in fooling the PH administration under the premiership of YAB Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad.
PH ought to be thankful to this “HEBATKU” Shazalli, the self-acclaimed rebranding guru, for one of the major causes of the downfall of Najib’s administration. Bravo! Thank you “Hebatku”Shazalli for a job well done!
The PH Administration must order “Hebatku” Shazalli to tell Malaysians how much did the BN government or the GLCs have paid for the failed “Hebatkan Negaraku” Campaign.
As for “Hebatku” Shazalli, his monthly salary in Telekom Malaysia is RM300,000.00.
Attendance at Board, Audit Committee & other meetings:  The allowances ranging from RM5,000 to RM35,000 per meeting.  Plus other perks like driver, car and etc.

Director In Other Companies

“Hebatku” Shazalli is also a director of:
  1. Malaysia Airline System (MAS)
2.  Pr I ma, (Headed by Yg Bhd Tan Sri Alies Anor Bin Abdul & Dato’ Abdul Mutalib bin Alias, who is brother of the CEO of a public listed company.)
3.  VADS Bhd
4,  Malaysia Aviation Group Bhd (He was a director for a few year.)
5.  Kuala Lumpur Business Club
If one were to add up all the director fees the “Hebatku” Shazalli has received from the above companies, his total monthly income would have been easily more than RM400,000.00.

Creative Brand Strategy Sdn Bhd & Mr How Foo Weng?

“Hebatku” Shazalli, are you familiar with Mr How Foo Weng, the CEO of Creative Brand Strategy Sdn Bhd or the company? Is it true that Mr How was working with you in NTV 7 when you were the then CEO? Is the office of Creative Brand Strategy Sdn Bhd very near to Pr1ma of which you are one of the directors?  Don’t “melatahlah”,  just asking only ok.

PH Government Should Review The Salary, Perks For The CEO of All The GLCs & The Roles They Have Openly Exhibited

Our PH Government must review and set a ceiling to the salary scale for the CEO of GLCs because it involved public fund. RM300,000 for monthly salary is far too high and unacceptable. If this is their own private company by all means pay themselves monthly salary of RM1 or RM2 million or more. But for the public companies and/or GLCs our new PH government must stop this kind unacceptable salary scale.
Just look at this self-proclaimed rebranding guru “Hebatku” Shazalli, who is helming TM since May 1, 2017 until now, nothing to show except to walk around the corridor of power to sell his idea on the “Hebatkan Negaraku” to campaign against PH.  He was practically working full time for that period to prepare the said campaign materials, billboards and videos to finish off the opposition (PH). It is a waste of public fund as the preparation work of the “Hebatkan Negaraku” campaign was major distractions to his job as the CEO of TM. It is a clear dereliction of duties and abused of his position as the CEO of TM at the Rakyat expense.

Another “Hebatku” Yg Bhg Tan Sri Wahid Omar (Wahid Omar), Chairman of PNB

The Yg Bhg Hebatku” Tan Sri Wahid Omar, Chairman of Permodolan National Bhd, PNB.
On 7 May 2018, 2 days before 14th GE, another Yg Bhg “Hebatku” Wahid Omar was quoted in The Star to have said that “ABOLITION OF GST WILL HURT MALAYSIA’S ECONOMY”.  This “Hebatku” also said that “this will mean scraping or suspending development projects that have been approved previously.”  In a nutshell he was praising the the BN government’s sky high and instilling politics of fear into the voters during the GE campaign period. It must be noted that it is one of the major election campaign pledge of PH to abolish GST.
This “Hebatku” Wahid Omar did not stop on 7 May 2018.
On 8 May 2018, this “Hebatku” also again quoted in The Star to have said that “ABOLITION OF GST COULD LAND COUNTRY IN SERIOUS DEBT”
Perhaps “Hebatku” Wahid Omar could give us a list companies which he is a director and the monthly renumeration he received from each of them. Yours truly wouldn’t be wrong to say that “Hebatku” Wahid Omar’s monthly salary is just as high as “Hebatku” Shazalli if not higher.
It seemed that the Rakyat are paying these two “HEBAT-HEBATKU” CEOs with few hundred thousand Ringgit monthly salaries to play politics. They should be looking after the GLCs that they are entrusted to do and to bring them to a greater height. It would appear from these two HebatKu Shazalli and Wahid Omar are more interested in playing politics.  Yours truly wouldn’t be so sure whether the other top Asian musicians performing in the Hebatkan Negaraku Concert have the same objectives as these two “Hebat-Hebatku” CEOs cum politicians.
By the way, this “Hebatku” Wahid Omar is also a very talented and one of the top guitarists in Asia but he was not part of the “Hebatkan Negaraku” Concert.
If both of these two “Hebat-Hebatku” CEOs are “AMAT HEBAT” then they should take the honourable step to immediately tender their resignations and join politics or become Grab drivers.
The PH government should also look into the purchased of BNI (Indonesia) by Maybank in 2008 when “Hebatku” Wahid Omar was the CEO. It is to ascertain whether it was true that the purchased price was above book value and proper due diligence was done.
Violating “Badan-Badan Berkanun (Tatatewrtib dan Surcaj” Regulation
These two “Hebat-Hebatku” Shazalli and Wahid Omar have  contravened the “Badan-Badan Berkanun (Tatatertib dan Surcaj) Section 20 (1) Seseorang pegawai dalam Kumpulan Pengurusan Tertinggi atau Kumpulan Pengurusan dan Professional tidak boleh mengambil bahagian aktif dalam activiti politik atau memakai apa-apa lambing sesuatu parti politik, dan …”  However, even if “Hebatku-ku” Shazalli and Wahid Omar do not come under this regulation, it has to be part of his contracts or rules in TM and PNB that officers must devote 100% of his time to TM and PNB, and more importantly cannot play politics.
The PH Administration should look into the activities of all the “Hebatku” CEO of the GLCs, who are being paid monthly salaries of  hundreds of thousand Ringgit if not Million from public fund for not performing or performing below par or for trying to be politicians.
Yours truly calls upon the PH government to investigate into the matters stated above and if necessary MACC should be called in to help with the investigations.
The Rakyat cannot allow these “Hebatku” CEOS to play politics in any form at the Rakyat expense. Enough is enough.
Every Malaysians Should Tighten Our Belts During Difficult Time
Yours truly also call upon the PH Government to review all the salaries of the CEO of the GLCs as they are highly over paid using public fund. The monthly salaries ranging from a few hundred thousands Ringgit to million for these “Hebatku” CEOs are unacceptable during this difficult time. Why must ordinary Rakyat be told to tighten our belts when these “Hebatku” CEOsare drawing such ridiculously high salaries for playing politics?
