Pejabat Pos has been privatised which is under Syed Mokhtar. Someone is not doing his/her job in the Pos Laju. I sent via air two separate gifts in boxes (child rattan rocking chair and rattan rocking horse) to the US, somehow they did not mail them and return them back to me.
It has been 5 months I am still waiting for the refund of postages paid amounted to RM380. The amount is small nevertheless a business for the PO.
I have enquired from the PO Tronoh several times. Have gone to Maybank Batu Gajah to check whether the money has been credited. For their inefficiency I have wasted time and effort.
Most if not all of the privatisations/corporatisations in the country are monkey business. The costs of their service or whatever dealing with them have gone up by some factors. The customers/consumers pay to support the lifestyles of executives - FGV, Bernas, KTM, TNB, Bank Agro, you name it.
Syed Mokhtar's corporate world spreading too thin that service is poor? Is he greedy? He can do it all, no other takers? Let's share the cake and eat it well.
